: 4week Online Movement Meditation Series

- An internal listening practice for tired minds.

 

When the mind feels busy, tangled, or overworked, we often try to calm it by thinking differently.
This series offers another way - by listening through the body.

 

Practice Your Inner Hug is a 4-week movement meditation series that invites the mind to rest by letting the body be felt, noticed, and heard. Through quiet, gentle movement, we’ll explore how resting into gravity, sensing internal support, and softening habitual patterns of effort can naturally settle the mind.

 

Each class is an invitation to:

• let your body speak without needing to explain
• practice internal hugs and internal support
• rest into gravity so thought can soften
• experience movement as meditation
• declutter mental noise through sensation and presence

 

This series is supportive for overworked creatives, sensitive systems, tired minds, and anyone curious about slowing down and listening inward.
No prior experience is needed.

 

• 4 weekly live classes on Zoom (February 19th, 26th, March 5th, 12th), Thursdays at 5:30-6:00pm EST
• 30-minute guided movement meditation

• $40 + HST & service fee (Canadian dollars)
• Replays available until April 12th, 2026
